Maytrix ("we", "us", "our") operates Themis, an AI-powered trading psychology coach (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

AI Analysis Data

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Analyze your trading sessions using AI
- Generate personalized behavioral insights
- Process payments
- Send transactional emails (session reports, account updates)
- Send promotional emails about new features (with your consent)
- Provide customer support
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
3. AI Processing
Your session recordings and trading data are processed by third-party AI services:
Google Gemini extracts behavioral data from your video recordings:
- Videos are uploaded temporarily for processing
- Files are automatically deleted within 48 hours
- Google does not use API data for model training
Anthropic Claude analyzes extracted data to generate insights:
- Receives text-based behavioral data (not raw video)
- Data retained for 30 days for trust and safety purposes, then deleted
- Anthropic does not use API data for model training
We do not share your raw trading strategies, account balances, or specific trade details with these providers beyond what is necessary for behavioral analysis.
4. Video Storage
- Temporary videos: Automatically deleted after 24 hours unless you choose to save them
- Saved videos: Stored until you delete them or delete your account
- Storage location: Secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS)
- Access: Only you and our support team (for troubleshooting) can access your videos

We share your information only with these service providers:

7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data we hold about you
- Export: Download your data in a portable format
- Delete: Delete specific sessions, videos, or playbooks
- Account deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data

8. Data Retention
- Active account: Data retained while your account is active
- Deleted content: Immediately and permanently removed
- Account deletion: All data immediately and permanently deleted
- No grace period: We do not retain data after deletion
9. Age Requirement
The Service is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.
10. International Users
The Service is available globally but is provided in English only. Your data may be processed in the United States and European Union. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
